Digestive Health Tips

If you suffer from acid reflux, try to avoid caffeinated beverages and sodas as they boost the acid in the stomach and cause bloating.

If you are 50 years old, without high risk factors, you should begin your regular colorectal screenings to prevent colorectal cancer.

Increasing your daily water intake is one of the easiest ways to improve your digestive health. Water helps dissolve substances in the GI tract to allow for a smoother passage.
