Sarah Hogan, APRN-C

Sarah Hogan, APRN-C, joins The Gastroenterology Center with vast experience in multiple patient care settings including pulmonology, internal medicine, urgent care, nephrology, and rehabilitative care. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas where she attained several awards such as The Family Nurse Practitioner Program Scholar Award (2007) and The Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner Outstanding Clinical Student Award (2007). Sarah has been working alongside the physicians of the Gastroenterology Center since 2014.

Sarah will be under the direct supervision of board-certified gastroenterologist, Michael P. Zelig, MD. She will be treating a wide variety of gastrointestinal related issues, providing nutritional support, and assisting in cancer screenings.

Her clinical interests and specialties include:

  • Comprehensive gastroenterology
  • IBD such as Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Altered Bowel Function
  • Liver Disease such as Hepatitis and Cirrhosis
